Randy is a former newspaper publisher, having worked for fifteen years at The Messenger in Madison. While at the newspaper, he was able to meet and interview numerous celebrities, such as Paul McCartney (on 3 different occasions), and the cast of The Andy Griffith Show.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>      Wanting a career change, he worked at a General Motors dealership for three years, and then accepted a position with BB&T in Greensboro, where he managed a car lot for the bank's Leasing Corporation. After 9 years in the automotive business, he then acquired the location for Case Auto Center, Inc. </B></I></div> <div> <I><B> <IMG SRC="ba465270.jpg" border=0 width="357" height="295" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="4" VSPACE="0">  Randy continues to reside in Madison, along with his wife, Dawn, who is the guidance secretary for McMichael Senior High School. The couple has two sons. Justin graduated from McMichael, and is now in his final year of getting his masters degree in Psychology at UNC Charlotte.  Murphy is a rising Junior at McMichael. They are all members of Mayodan First Baptist Church, where Randy serves as editor of the church newsletter, usher, substitute Sunday School teacher, and is a past chairman of the deacon board.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>      Randy spends his spare time at Oak Island, NC, or watching his sons play sports.
